7 Days a week Bail Bonds
Our 7 day a week bail bond service ensures that you can reach out to us at any time between 8:00am till 7:00pm. We understand that legal matters can arise unexpectedly, and we are committed to being available whenever you need us. However, once an individual has been arrested, the defendant MUST see the judge for a bail bond amount to be given. This usually happens within 24hrs of the arrest.

Posting a Bail Bond
The bail bond process typically begins when a person is arrested and taken to jail. A bail amount is set by the court, which can be paid in cash or through a bail bond. If using a bail bond, a bail bondsman will require a premium and collateral to write the bond.
The premium is 10% of the bail bond (Minimum of $150.00 premium per bond) plus the collateral in the amount of the bond. If there is more than one bond an additional $50.00 fee will apply. Once the premium and collateral are completed and the bond is posted, the individual is released from custody, with the understanding that they must return for their court appearances and abide by the release conditions of the bail bond agent.
Release time is at the discretion of the Mohave County Detention Center. The bond is given to the individual at the time of writing and will be taken to the jail by that individual. If the bondsman posts the bond, a $30.00 fee will apply.
Accepted Collateral
CASH: To bond with cash, you will need the bond premium and the bond amount all in cash.
Vehicles: We take possession of vehicle, title, and registration. We use low Kelly Blue Book value to determine value of vehicle for the bond. Storage is $5.00 per day while on bond.
Property: Such as Homes with equity and/or Vacant land. A deed of trust (link below) is needed to be notarized by land/home owners as well as a copy of the deed and last mortgage statement.
